The Interactive Image Viewer below allows you to explore the entire multiplex immunofluorescence tissue section.
You can pan around the image using the left mouse button. You can zoom in & out using the mouse/trackpad (up/down) or the + and - buttons in the upper left corner. You can toggle (on/off), change color, and adjust image settings for the channels and segmentations in the Control Panel in the upper right corner.
In this visualization, an APP/PS1 (ARTE10) mouse brain is shown with the "hypertrophic astrocyte" bounding box (blue) and the "normal astrocyte" bounding box (teal), along with the "Iba-1 microglia" (green), "GFAP astrocyte" (yellow), and "Amyloid-β" staining (red), which can be checked/unchecked to hide/show the spatial relationships.
In this multiplex immunofluorescence brain section from a 9 month-old APP/PS1 transgenic mouse, we can observe the spatial relationships between amyloid-β plaques, astrocytes, and microglia. The normal and hypertrophic astrocytes are identified by the colored boxes.
