The Histology Technician will receive and properly process specimens, review test results, and participate in Quality Assurance.
The candidate must have some experience in microtomy, histology and immunostaining.
Responsibilities for this position:
- Preparing tissue specimens, including dissecting, grossing, processing, cryotomy and microtomy
- Performing histology techniques and procedures, including H&E staining, special staining, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF).

Animal Health Technician

Working closely with Study Directors and Team Members, to support established animal models, the Animal Health Technician performs procedures and collect data from on-going studies and report on observation and findings.

The Clinical Research Assistant will primarily perform quality control, organize and reconcile large amounts of imaging and clinical data, and resolve queries for neuroimaging studies. In addition, responsibilities will include the development and maintenance of study-related material and the conduct of other study-related activities while ensuring compliance with Biospective procedures, quality assurance requirements, and Good Clinical Practices. Reporting to Project Leaders, the Clinical Research Assistant will be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinical research scientists and IT professionals in a high-paced, competitive, and stimulating environment. This is an entry-level position.
Exceptional candidates will be eligible to rapidly progress towards a Project Leader position. This role comes with greater responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Act as liaison between the sponsor, research sites, third party vendors and Internal Team
- Coordinate setup activities for new clinical studies with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the conduct of clinical studies from site initiation to study close out
- Produce and review study-related documentation
- Ensure overall studies quality and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life sciences or health care discipline or 2 years related research experience
